Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Rezyn, which is operated by Khan, a sole trader trading as Rezyn, based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. What Rezyn is
Rezyn is an analytics, journalling and accountability tool for futures traders. It connects to your brokerage account with read-only access, records your trades, measures them against rules you define, and provides commentary and statistics.
2. What Rezyn is not
Rezyn is not a broker, not an investment adviser, and not a financial advisory service. Nothing in the app or on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument, or advice about whether any trade or strategy is suitable for you.
Rezyn does not execute trades. It cannot place, modify or cancel an order, and it cannot close a position or prevent you from opening one. Any decision you make remains entirely yours.
Rezyn is not a risk control. Alerts are informational. They may be delayed, missed, or wrong — because of a broker outage, a network failure, a device with notifications disabled, or a defect. You must not rely on Rezyn to prevent a loss, to keep you within a prop firm's limits, or to stop an account breach. Your own risk management and your broker's controls remain your responsibility.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction and with any agreement you have with a proprietary trading firm or broker.
4. Your account
Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You're responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; don't share it.
5. Brokerage connection
You authorise us to access your brokerage data on a read-only basis to provide the service. You can disconnect at any time in the app. We are not responsible for your broker's availability, accuracy or conduct, and a broker may change or withdraw access without notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that connecting a third-party tool is permitted under your agreement with your broker or prop firm.
6. Prop firm rules
Firm rule templates are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or out of date. Your firm's own agreement governs. We are not affiliated with any proprietary trading firm and do not guarantee that tracking rules in Rezyn will keep you compliant with a firm's requirements.
7. Hypothetical figures
Forecasts, projections, “what if” replays and pass-probability estimates are hypothetical and derived from trades you have already taken. They have the inherent limitations of all hypothetical results: they benefit from hindsight, assume outcomes for trades that were never placed, and do not account for market impact, slippage, or how you would actually have behaved. They are not a prediction of future performance.
8. Subscriptions and payment
Rezyn is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Price is shown in the app before purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your store account is charged on renewal.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings — we cannot cancel it for you. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not by us. Promotional access granted to beta testers or under a promotional offer may be withdrawn or allowed to expire at the end of its stated period.
9. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer the service, attempt to access another user's data, scrape or overload our systems or our brokers', resell access, or use Rezyn to harass another user. Accountability features are for mutual support; misuse them and we may remove your access.
10. Your content
Your journal entries, voice notes and trading data remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display that content back to you and to provide the features you use — nothing more.
11. Availability
We aim to keep Rezyn running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely we will give reasonable notice and let you export your data.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rezyn is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that data shown is accurate, complete or current — it originates from third parties and may be delayed or wrong.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, blown evaluations, failed payouts, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Rezyn — including where an alert failed to fire or data was inaccurate. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability for failing to meet such a guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of any agreement with a broker or prop firm.
15. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity — do.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
